Frequently asked questions
How do credits work?
A 5-second text-to-video costs 10 credits; 10 seconds costs 20. Image-to-video adds 5 credits. Failed generations are automatically refunded.
Do credits roll over?
No. Unused subscription credits expire on renewal before your new monthly allocation is added. Signup credits are granted only once.
How does it compare with Runway?
We use Meta Muse with lower generation costs, so Pro offers about fifty 5-second videos for $7.99/month. A comparable Runway plan is about $12/month.
Can I use videos commercially?
Generated content is yours to use. Review the upstream model policies before commercial use. See our Terms of Service.
How do I cancel?
