What we collect
We collect your email address, display name, generation history, reference images, and billing information. Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide video generation, billing, customer support, and product improvements. Marketing emails require your opt-in.
Usage analytics
With your permission, we use PostHog and, when configured, Google Analytics to measure page visits, button clicks, account creation and video generation. Analytics may use browser storage and a pseudonymous account ID to measure return visits. We do not send prompts, reference images, email addresses, passwords or screen recordings. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using Muse.
Confirmed payments are also reported from Stripe to PostHog for billing and revenue measurement using a pseudonymous account ID, invoice ID, amount and currency. Browser analytics preferences do not affect these financial records. Revenue dashboards are not a replacement for Stripe accounting records.
Data storage
Account and billing data are stored in Supabase. Generated videos are retained for 30 days by default. Deleted videos are hidden from your library. Reference images are used only for their associated generation tasks.
