Terms of Service

Our service

Muse.si provides AI text-to-video and image-to-video generation using a reference first frame. Videos can be 5 or 10 seconds in 9:16 or 16:9. New accounts receive 50 credits once. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

Content guidelines

Illegal, infringing, pornographic, or violent content is prohibited. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended. You must have the rights to use any reference images you upload.

Refunds

Free accounts can generate and preview videos using their available credits. Downloading or exporting requires a Pro or Max membership.

Credits are automatically refunded for failed generations. Subscription refunds are handled under Stripe policies and applicable local laws. You can cancel through the Customer Portal.

Intellectual property

You may use videos generated through the service. For commercial use, you are responsible for reviewing the upstream model policies and applicable laws. The service depends on third-party video models; unavailable generation services result in failed tasks and credit refunds.
